Problems with uploading audio and photo

I have opened a free account for Smooth Brew.

When I try to upload a single jpg photo I consistently get an error that there may be a problem with my Internet connection, it is an invalid file type, or I am trying to upload more than one file. I've tried a png photo as well with the same result.

When I try to upload either a wav or mp3 audio file I consistently get an error that there may be a problem with my Internet connection or it is an invalid file type. However, the site thinks I have a file uploaded as the main profile page now indicates "edit file" rather than upload, although nothing shows up on the "create set" page as having a file uploaded.

    Hi Walt,

    Sorry for the problems you're having. Can you please try a smaller file size (fewer MBs) and see if that resolves the problem. Please use JPGs for photos and MP3s for audio. Please let us know whether or not this resolves the problem.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I tried a 284 KB jpg file with same results on the upload photo page.

    I tried a 422 KB mp3 file with same results. The system does think the
    file is uploaded because when I try to upload another file it tells me I
    can't have more than one audio file. But the file is not showing up in
    the Create a Set web page.

    I am using Windows 7, 64 bit and have tried both Firefox v26 and IEv11
    with same results.
