Fancy Listing Question

Hello,

I upgraded my account from free to premium but when I go to publish a new dispatch it still says it's $250 to create a Fancy Listing even though I know the premium comes with unlimited fancy listings. Is this because it is automatically a fancy listing, or what is the reason?
