Can't access my account

Hello. I already signed up for StoryAmp a while ago, and thought that Artist registration is free. But when I log-in, I now get this message:
 
Current Plan: Promo Premium Plan: $30/month (Cancelled)
Upgrade Plan Downgrade Plan
No billing info on file
Update Billing

   Hi RAS Creative,

   Do you have an alternate email address you could use to start a new account
   again? If not, the best option would be to update your billing info with a
   credit card but then downgrade to the Free Account. If somehow you get
   charged when you were not expecting to switch back to the Premium plan,
   just let us know and we will credit it back.

   Have you tried contacting their service support? Maybe your account was ban or something. Check lily's garden if you are looking for a best puzzle game available right now, more features will be added on the next update. You can also try roblox pc if you are looking for a multiplayer game to play with your friends
