What primary track should I post with a dispatch, and should the dispatch be the day of release?

I'm about to post a dispatch for a track coming out on the 29th of July.
In the associated set/primary track section, should I add the track to be released, or should it be a different previously released track of mine?

    This is the first track journalists will see. So post the one being
    released.
