I'm trying to release a dispatch, and it says that I don't have to pay extra for the Fancy Listing because I have a premium account. However when I check the box it still says "Total price: $250". I would like to confirm that I won't be charged before I go through with it.

Also could someone clarify what I get for signing up for the premium service? When I originally signed up I was under the impression that the $30 allowed me to send my songs' press releases to journalists. Now that I'm creating a dispatch however I see an additional $250 for each genre. Do I get anything at all for the $30 or were these hidden costs?
