Dispatch Schedule

Hello - what is your dispatch schedule?

I'd like to send a press release about a Kickstarter launch, but not until it has started, or a few days before it launches, so needs to be timed. How do I know when my dispatch needs to be ready?

   Same here. We have a new single being released and are testing out the site. Filled it out, not sure what to do next.

   Hello Fiona, Rich,

   Dispatches go out 6 weeks, 4 weeks, and 2 weeks before their release or event date.

   So Fiona, if your Kickstarter campaign begins on June 30, I would suggest building a Dispatch saying 'Kickstarter starts June 30' and set the event date for maybe July 17th, so on June 5th and June 19th, your Dispatch will go out saying "Kickstarter coming", then for the July 3rd blast, you could change the text to say 'Kickstarer now launched'
   Does this make sense?

   Hopefully your single isn't being released for another 6+ weeks and if so, build your Dispatch with that release date then it will be distributed 6 weeks, 4 weeks, and 2 weeks before that date.
