Publishing to Spotify, Itunes & others to publish songs

Dear Friends:
I have been a local Canadian artist and song writer for the past 30 years.
Just wanted to ask you how you can help me publish songs that I compose to get more exposure as a song writer. I would love to write for label artists such as Celine Dion, Shania Twain etc
If you can help me after you listen to the worthiness of my songs I would be much obliged. My only avenue right now is Music X Ray.
