New free email feature?
Hi there,
I received an email from StoryAmp about "A no-cost, new feature" that says:
"Starting today, concerts and releases entered on StoryAmp by musicians and labels with f r e e accounts will get emailed to relevant journalists three times before each event. Before, you had to pay to use each StoryAmp press list. Now, you get a listing in these emails at no charge. The f r e e listings include the date, concert city/release, artist name, genres, and a link to your StoryAmp dispatch. You can still pay for premium placement in the journalist emails (including a photo, blurb, and more links) for your important events. Try it out today!"
However, when I created a Dispatch, the distribution part isn't available and I'm prompted to upgrade to get it. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Julia,
The new free listing feature happens automatically. We are in the process of editing the instructions on the Dispatch page, so it will be more clear shortly. However, starting last week, whenever you create a Dispatch with a free account, if we have a matching press distribution list for your concert city or album genre, a listing will be included in emails to relevant journalists six, four, and two weeks before each concert or release. We wanted to make the new feature available to you as soon as possible. Now we'll make it more clear that that is what's happening.
Does that clear things up for you?
