Unable to access music you promote in an email to me

You send me details of new albums in my categories and I really appreciate that! Thank you!

Up until now I have been able to download those albums and play them on my radio show.

Today, when I tried to do this, I was asked to Sign In. But having done that I was led to a screen which tells me there are no albums in my categories for me to download.

When I try to download from the email I am asked to sign in.

Wondering what has changed and if I can ever download anything again from your site.
