Hi

I would like a refund from all my purchases, since i have zero results

   Officially, we have a no refund policy since we cannot guarantee results
   for PR. However, it does appear that something went wrong with your
   Dispatches. So we have refunded you everything you spent with StoryAmp.
   Apologies for the delay with the holidays. We appreciate you giving
   StoryAmp a shot and we do not want you to have any bad feelings for taking
   the risk. We should be even now and wish you the best of luck!

   Hi Lucas,

   StoryAmp sends out Dispatches 6, 4, and 2 weeks before the release date. So
   one possibility is you entered it too late. Another possibility is that our
   press list for the genre seletected wasn't as strong as other genres.
