not allowing collaboration

Hi I signed over my old account over to a current PR rep and now I want to get back into the account to edit the profile. He sent me an invite to collaborate for my artist "Dawn Drake" (that's me) but it says I am not allowed to collaborate. Furthermore every time I try to update my email information it does not let me.

   that this email address is associated with the Dawn Drake account. Is there
   another artist account you are hoping to recover? Can you tell me the email
   address of the PR rep so I can look that up too?
