Card Declined

Hello,

My card is being declined when I try to upgrade. It's my moms card in Michigan but I am living in Mexico. I'm not sure why it would be declined, I have the correct information on the card. I attached a screenshot of the declined message with my info.

    Note that we don’t take American Express.
