Unable To Upload Photo

Hi! I'm unable to upload photos to my artist profile. It just keeps loading indefinitely whenever I try to save a file.

   Travis, what type of file (JPG, PNG?) are you uploading. How many MB?

   They're all JPG.

   2.1, 3.9, 4.8 MB respectively.

   Travis, our developer says:

   “The file names have the brackets, e.g.,
   Me-Edited-THIS-IS-THE-ONE-[saved-for-web].jpg,
   which are not valid characters. I've renamed one of the pics and
   re-uploaded, and he should see it now.”

   Please remove the brackets. Thank you!
