Creating a New Dispatch

Hello;

I'm trying to copy a paste a one-sheeter; the photo is not appearing at all and the copy is not lining up properly. Please advise; thanks.

    Hi Sonya,

    Thanks for using StoryAmp! StoryAmp has a specific format when it sends out
    Dispatches to the media. It is not set up to paste text from a formatted
    document. Please remove formatting from the text and paste that in the text
    field (the Long Pitch of the Dispatch). Upload the photo, in the photo
    section. Try that and let us know if you have any additional problems or
    questions.
