Your site refused to let me downgrade. We can't afford this right now.

Can you please tell me what you attempted to do, how you attempted, and
what happened? I will help you get this fixed right away.

    Thank you,

I was trying to downgrade the account so I wouldn't be charged $30, but my
credit card needed to be re-entered. I updated the CC # then tried to
downgrade. The screenshot shows the error I got. The error states:

    * Cannot change to this plan due to current usage restrictions. Possible
    > causes: currently exceeding the number of allowed premium artists for your
    > new plan.

    *"Loud Guitars"*, <>May Black's voice

I am not sure why it issued that error, but I was able to manually able to
downgrade your account. Please take a look at your account and let me know
if you have any other questions or need anything else.

Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience!

Hi Dmitri, I love storyamp and have been singing its praises to my friends. We just don't have that much going on right now and I can't afford the $30 at the moment. I plan to re-up to premium later this year.

    Will I still be charged?
