Hi again....one question. We noticed that Baltimore, MD is very close to Arlington VA and would like to add the press of that city to the Arlington concert. Should we prepare another dispatch as its only 53 miles or add the Baltimore press to the distrinution list? Let me know, thank you, Adri

   Hey Adriana,

   This was a good thought but you should do something else.

   We go by the 45 mile/minute rule, so when a concert is in one town and it is 45 minutes or less away from a larger city, we automatically connect those press lists. So you have the right idea.

   But on this particular situation, Arlington is actually connected with Washington, DC (also includes Alexandria, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Takoma, etc...) then Baltimore is a separate list which includes Towson and Glenville, PA.

   So, if your concert is in Arlington, please insert Arlington into the concert city and that will be a large list that will include DC media. If you have ANOTHER show in Baltimore, create a separate Dispatch for that one as well.

   Does this make sense?

   Hi Dmitri, and thank you for the input. I tried to add Baltimore to the distribution list for the A rlington event but could not do it. )-: Any links on how to do it? Thanks!
