I'm having a problem with connecting to my facebook page. Whenever I try to connect it, I get a message that says "We couldn't establish a connection to Facebook for verifying your account, please try reloading the page.ReferenceError: FB is not defined"

How do I fix this?

    Hi Kris,

Where are you trying to connect Facebook? We do not have an official
Facebook Connect function within StoryAmp, so I am a bit confused how
    to help you.

    Thank you,

It displays the message automatically every time I go to my profile page. Also, when I click "BandPage Connect" all I get is a gray box.

Oh I am sorry, I didn't realize you were talking about BandPage
Connect. What Internet browser are you suing (Safari, Firefox, Chrome)
    and what version?

    Thank you,

    Dmitri

I tried going to the page now and it showed text in the box but it was still grayed out and unclickable. I've reloaded a few times and now I'm getting the original bug of just a gray box with no text.

    Hi Kris,

Thanks for the continued feedback. I contacted BandPage earlier today and
they are working on the problem on their end. Hopefully this will be
    resolved in the next day.

    Thank you!

    Hi Kris,

I asked BandPage for an update on this, but have not heard back yet. I just
tested the functionality in Firefox and it worked for me, so they may have
fixed it. Does it work for you now?

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience and for staying in touch with me about this as
    we get it resolved!

    Hi Kris,

I got this response from BandPage:

    • Verify the customer has a BandPage by going to BandPage.com and logging into the Band's editor
    • Log out of Facebook, and log back in
    • See if it works in Chrome

Please try that and let me know.

    Thank you,.

I thought that since the error message referred to Facebook, it was looking to connect to my Facebook Band Page. I don't have a BandPage however I'm still getting the gray box.

    Kris,

If you would like to use the BandPage Connect function, you will need to go to www.BandPage.com website and create an account there before linking it to StoryAmp. We have no direct Facebook connection functionality.

    Thank you,

    Dmitri
