I am sorry about that. We used to use SoundCloud entirely to power our
audio but there were always problems with the connections, so we built our
own audio hosting. It looks like you found some copy that still mentions
the SoundCloud connection. Sorry about that! We're down to a one-person
operation with a dedicated user base. But haven't had the bandwidth to keep
all the copy up to date.
Thank you for the response. I sent an email yesterday as well as I was
charged 3 times for upgrading to the professional service. This
is because I was trying to find out what the professional service offered
and what the options are but there is no information on the site but an
when adding additional artists. I am currently going to try it, but need
those additional charges removed. The first charge was for $80 which should
be the correct one for upgrading from my current/previous premium status.

I found the triple billing and refunded you for $100 x two times. I don't
know why that happened. Thanks for your patience as we resolved this. You
should see two refunds on your credit card now. Thank you!
