I believe this is your problem then unfortunately. I think the
best way to proceed is to create a second account (make it "Petty
Theft 2", then don't use the BandPage connect, just upload
materials yourself (they have recently changed their system and we
are seeing problems") then delete the first account, then take off
the "2" on the new account.
This all make sense?

It certainly appears that we are not the only ones with this
issue. I see a number of other support tickets stating this.
We have not changed anything on StoryAmp, and have had our accounts
setup for some time, you can see past exchanges I have had with
Our BandPage is updated occasionally, with new content, our
SoundCloud was updated with new content. All of a sudden, this
started happening after creating a new dispatch.

Great this is helpful info. Our programmers are trying to
recreate the problem now.
Just so you know, everything within StoryAmp works fine, it's
only when connecting to outside sources is when we see some
problems arise. Even though it may take longer, you can always go
in and build everything through StoryAmp exclusively.
Regardless, we hope to have this issue resolved soon.
