Not only could we not cancel the account, but now you have
charged us another months premium... you guys better get this
together fast or we'll start contacting tunecore and other major
partners that we use! This is totally unacceptable...

Chris, I thought we had fixed this.
I think it is only happening with some Browsers because you two
are the only ones we have heard from so far. Please let me know
what computer you are using (MAC, PC, other), what Browser
(Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) and what version to help
us fix the problem.
I will contact each of you directly by email to reconcile your
accounts to your satisfaction. Apologies for the error and the
delay! It truly is an oversight, not malice and we will make sure
that you are fully satisfied with our adjustment.
